looking for info on how to access the archive book. Any ideas?

Individuals can't directly get access to IWC's archives. The best you can do is send IWC the movement and case serial numbers, plus credit card authorization for 50 Francs, and they'll send you an extract. You can see extracts by searching archives on the forum, and they really just confirm identity and the dealer where first sold.
