Hello all- this is my first post!

I have recently acquired a beautiful IWC 3513. Before purchase I had the seller -watch dealer open it and snap a photo of the movement. Unfortunately, it seems that one of the case screws was lost. Anyone have an idea to buy the correct replacement screw? If not, the watch is really mint and loses 3-4 seconds a day. I think it's an ETA movement but not sure? Any info would be awesome!

    Thanks!!

Yes, the movement is based on an ETA-movement.

It’s an IWC-caliber 37521 which is based on the ETA 2892-A2.
