My beloved ceramic Fliegerchrono, the rare ref. 3705, finally on the black Santoni calf (originally made for the Mk. XVIII.) and IWC folding clasp. Personalization almost ready... Understatement at its best - at least for me. I hope you like it!
    Best,

Nice shots! If you ask me the 3706 Mk. I. steel bracelet is a complete misfit to the 3705 - as I also have a beautiful 3706 on the Mk. I. bracelet (the nicest and most comfy bracelet ever) I've tried a few times the bracelet on the 3705 - and took it off immediately every time because I did not like them together at all. I had the same experience when I wanted to put a polished mesh bracelet too and had the same negative experience. Now I've also tried to put the new grey-black IWC NATO to the 3705 and despite they looked good together I chose to stay away because of the too narrow gap between the pins and the case to let the 2/3-layer strap in: I would have to move the pins to put it on / take it off. A NATO has to be fitted/replaced quickly.
Your black strap looks awesome with the 3705!
(I think our 3705 is the most underrated modern IWC but nowadays prices begin to get higher and higher. Of course no intention to sell it anytime... :) )
    Enjoy!
    Robert

Hi Roberto, I just acquired one of these and I really like what you did with the date dial. Did IWC do this for you or custom made or third party? Any advice as to how to replicate what you did would be much appreciated.
Also, did you get the markers redone on the dial? They look very very pristine and white.
    The Santoni strap is beautiful.
    Thanks.

    Shahram
