Hello everyone, I hope that someone might be able to help with my question. I have a 3706 that is currently enjoying a full service and I am thinking about getting the case refurbed as it, at sometime in it's life, been on the receiving end of a 'clumsy' polish - is there anyway I can get a technical spec of what the factory finish should be? or get a high res picture. Or, do you think that a 'professional' case restorer will know what the factory finish should be?

MasterThere is no spec per se. And I would be wary of having a case polished by any non IWC service Centre, as the “clumsy polish” experience bears out.
The only way to get the best result is to have the service done at an authorized service Centre where the watch will be returned to factory specifications.
