Guys,
Received a 3717 from a very trusted seller. Trying to set the day and date function but when I follow the directions to the letter what I have is a date (13) that changes as it should but the day (Friday) changes 12 hours later. Is there something that could be array??
I have the same problem with my 379901...

Apparently what seems to have happened is a previous person mishandled the setting of the watch by using the quickset calendar during the forbidden zone between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. interfering with the automatic switchover of the calendar.
By forcing the calendar one of the day/date driving wheels were either damaged or pushed out of sync. To repair this problem a watchmaker must take all the hands and dial off and realign both the day & date driving wheels so that they function together in an acceptable time frame.
It is recommended that you send your watch to an IWC factory authorized service center who will handle all that's necessary in a professional manner.
