I was wondering whether the 371933 had a case of titanium or steel.
and whether there were similar more recent models but 42mm or less.

As far as i know ,IWC Aquatimer-Chronograph Automatic 371933
has two editions ,Titanium AND Stainless steel. -

two models one in SS and one in Titanium both in 42mm.
This AT family had no cases smaller than 42mm only some special editions in 44mm.Argiris

The 371933 is the reference number for the steel watch on rubber strap.
The 371928 is the steel watch on steel bracelet,
The 371093 is the titanium watch on titanium bracelet.Check the link below for more very useful info and thanks again Stefan for this great reference!
