43.5 mm Port YC Chrono lug to lug size - info request.

Any owner of the newer Portugieser Yacht Club Chrono version (43.5 mm, ref. 3905) version could tell the lug-to-lug length? I think it is above 50 mm but dunno. Maybe weight should also be nice to know. I wonder why the IWC website does not tell us more data about the watches?
