    Hello,

I just bought a Big Pilot Spitfire with Annual Calendar and 7 Day Power
Reserve. I would like to understand the power reserve better. Does it
increase through automatic movement as one wears the watch each day or doe the
reserve increase only when the watch is wound from the crown? Mine does not
seem to increase just by wearing. I have to actually wind the watch. I am
not sure if that is a problem or the normal function.

    Thank you.

It does, and therefore, should wind itself up automatically as you move about.
Try moving more. The power reserve should increase as the day goes by. Keep
    shakin'.

I find that approximately Twenty twists of the crown andvances the Power
Reserve by 1 day. I usually wind up to 4 days and by the end of the day, the
    watch is at full power

Thanks, Mark. Mine does not seem to move unless I use the crown. I hope it
    is working properly.
