Last night the Philadelphia Alumni Club from my University attended at baseball game between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Philadelphia Phillies. My 5001 got to go along for the evening. I am still wearing it after its return for a spa treatment in Schaffhausen.
It was great evening for watch and sports.

Baseball and cricket are remotely related, both sports are fascinating to me, as with every ball thrown something special may happen. I remember being in Boston some twenty years ago, strolling at some center square with lots of little bars, restaurants and shops, everywhere the telly on a baseball game. Me going in somewhere, ordering a beer and just watching the game, great. Seing it live in a stadium with a size that is only possible for football here in Europe must be special, certainly when accompanied by such a watch.

The Phillies ...
beat the Cardinals 2-1 with a walk off homerun in the bottom of the 10th inning. This description may have no meaning to those not into the culture of American baseball. But, it was an exciting pitchers duel that went to the last period of play.
