    Hello all,

Today is a special date, 12-12-12! Unfortunately I was too busy at work to take a picture at 12:12:12 and I am too much of a purist to stop the time or reset the watch so you have to do with this shot from this evening.

Enjoying my Portuguese Perpetual Calendar Pisa edition and a Nespresso Indriya while the kids play Angry Birds on the iPad and iPhone:

Clemens - I never tire of seeing that watch. My wife is a research engineer for Nestle, currently working on Nespresso. She'll be happy about the co-star in your photo.

I was wondering when somebody would show a 12/12/12--12:12:12 shot.

Been to Nestlé in Vevey. Staggering views even from dinning room. Love the PPC.

For all Nespresso fans, here are a few older shots I posted earlier:

I prefer the stronger tastes and usually drink Espresso's instead of Lungo's. My favorites are the Indriya, Roma and Ristretto.

    Kind regards,

    Cinq,

Very cool photos. I am indeed a fan of Nespresso, but more of a fan of the Pisa Perpetual. Great looking watch. Thanks for the pics.

I too prefer expresso's especially for the caffeine rush. But that Pisa..that gives me a greater rush than if I drank every serving in the tray one after another.

Never tire seeing that PPC...is that a 42.3mm model ?

That new strap combo is still making it an entirely different piece from when you first got it. Fantastic.

Kevin, maybe your Blue Dream can become reality Tomorrow in the Boutique?

This, on the basis that I understand from a previous post, that you somehow managed to declare it already, to be a "new year as regards watches!".

LoL - we all will be most happy with a picture of a 15-12-12 as well...and I am sure, that Bill will be more than willing to oblige with his camera :~)

    Hi Michael,

This black strap is the original strap. I have had a tan brown croco strap on it this summer, is that where you are referring to? In the end, I prefer the Pisa on this black strap but I wonder what a Santoni strap would do to this watch....

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

Thanks Clemens for the reply...Hey when checking out a Santoni, there actually is a "Light-Black" Santoni available and since you like it on black strap, this might be something to consider. It's got that unique Santoni shading to it with a hint of blue in the grain. I think it would make a teriffic pairing.

    Best,

    Andy

Thanks Jeronimo, she appreciated your comment. Ironically, I don't drink coffee. She has been working on various coffee products for 16 years and I never touch the stuff.
