    Hi,

I added a Spitfire Chronograph (IW387804) to my Aquatimer 2000 (IW356809). Somehow at last year's SIHH I missed its release. I mistakenly thought all of the Pilots with 89xxx calibres were 46 mm, like the large Portuguese and Ingenieur references. I am delighted that IWC released this reference at a smaller size (43 mm) with an ardoise dial, that utilized a 89365 calibre with a bracelet with a micro-adjustment.

    Here are my two IWCs:

Congratulations - it was certainly a SIHH popular piece. Well done for choosing it - Ardoise with steel is a rare but beautiful combination.

Love it, and the Aquatimer, too.

The Spitfire chrono is a beauty, No wonder it has become a favorite from the 2012 releases. I hope you'll share more pictures.
