This is a Da Vinci Perpetual Calendar Chrono in yellow gold with the reference 3758. It appeared in the catalogue in 2004. It has numbers instead of markers, that were used until then for the chrono version. It has a 41,5 mm diameter, and it is 16,4 mm thick: quite thick really. Its last appearance in the catalogue was in 2006. I think it is quite an interesting watch.
