Is this AT legit? I've never seen the titanium 3719 with applied indices – thought those were only on the SS version, meaning this is either a rare reference, a transitional one, or... an SS dial set into the titanium variant's case?

Seller says it's got a 306xx serial which would put it at earlier than anything I've seen. Did IWC initially make these with applied markers?

Ive never seen this combo before and yes, some of the dials on the black dialed IW3719’s had the applied indexes.

Its possible it got changed at service - and I would think that the Watch is genuine othetwise. Having said that the golden Rule applies here - by the seller, not the Watch!

You going to be spending a significant amount of money - so its worthwhile to take the extra effort to ensure that the seller is reliable and honest. Remember, if it sounds to good to be true - it’s probably not true!

    hm,
    I'm not sure
the IW3719-18 has the same indices..
but I've not seen them on a titanium before.
I'would ask for some more info..
Mark is right(!) buy the seller than the watch.
    good luck

The seller is extremely reputable – I've bought from him before, and wouldn't worry about getting burned here.

To clarify – you're saying you know that there were 3719-03 (titanium case) variants with applied indices? Or were you referring to the 3719-28 (steel case) which has this configuration?

One other thing I've noticed is that the minute hand is also not yellow – it's white, suggesting that the entire dial was re-done to look like the SS version... If it is indeed genuine.

indeed not a rare reference, nor a transitional model, just a mix up with the dial and hands of the SS AT chrono.
When was it done ? Who did it ? Could be a special wish by a customer during service, could be made by an employee for himself, we don't know.
