Anybody know a competent repair/service person in the Los Angeles area?

i have a late 50's IWC (it's a ref 500 or something close) and it has decided to stop running unless i shake it or re-adjust the time. looking to get it cleaned/repaired or whatever it needs. anywhere in the LA basin is fine. thanks in advance!!!

Maybe Schaffhausen is by Postage close enought from Loas Angeles for a correct revision of the watch

Unless it requires a special part replacement (e.g. something other than a mainspring or gasket), any competent watchmaker should be able to repair it.

Try asking on a vintage watch forum at either Watchuseek or Timezone, and you will likely get a number of recommendations.
