Got this from Ebay few months ago and immediately sent to IWC for service (rusted hands, reduced amplitude etc.). Seller did mention the dial is enamelled (looks original to me but unsure if it is enamelled or not). The case number is 1245920. Anyone has any idea for this watch?
Anyone know about this 1952 Cal.89?

Is this pic before service?You will receive a report from IWC recording their findings before they go ahead with the service.

This is after service from IWC, the cost is fair as the watch is now like new condition ( they even polished the hands and making them reflective again). However in the service report (before and after the service), they didn't mention about watch model/dial condition/material etc. that's y I'm asking here looking for internet power :-p I'm asking coz I've never seen enameled dial in vintage IWC
