Are these both IWC calibers 982?

I want to buy IWC cal 982 but I noticed slight difference betwen these two. Are both calibers 982 or are they different?

I know that it is not allowed to ask about prices on the forum but the seller asks 1800 Euros (it is a lot of money for me) and the watch seems to be in very good condition as you can see on the pics.
Do you think that it is a resonable price?

That´s a suitable price from my point of view and these watches are rare to find.

It looks like a brand new!
I am only a beginner and have only 3pcs, Caliber 32 Elgin I, cal. 52 and cal. 73 (it is from last week). My target is to collect each caliber but in nice overal condition :-) I also have my two loved wrist watches Cousteau Divers Tribute to Calypso Original Wood and Breitling Chrono Superocean (my first a brand new watch).
