Authentic or Replica

![Hello. I am just needing an expert opinion or find out
where I can go to have
this watch check out to see if it's authentic or a replica. I had taken it to
a jeweler that's a friend of mine and he's checking as well, he's unsure if
it's real he stated if it was a replica it was a good one. I do not know
anything about watches nor this brand. I kinda just lucked into this watch. I
have attached some photographs of it.

The front doesn't have any numbers that I can see.

The back says "INTERNATIONAL WATCH Co 1868-1998 ILDESHIERO SCAFUSIA No.65/125"

The band says it's genuine leather and the closure of the watch says CR3828A

more photos of this watch but it's giving me trouble uploading anymore and the
back is open and shows the mechanics of the
watch and a piece moves around covering one side that says IWC several times
very small and in the center is says IWC Swiss with a gray background.

wow an "ildeshiero scafusia"

sounds almost like II Destriero Scafusia (Reference number 1868001 for
sale at 150.000 EURO)

Wow see I was told it was hard to tell it has the sapphires in the back and
everything. I wish I could upload better photos.
