Wonderful photos, Thang. The first really illustrates the heft of the Da Vinci. Thanks for sharing.

    Thang,
Great music and watch. But you forgot Bucherer's Blue Symphony. A perpetually big masterpiece.

The last time we met Tang you went to look for pianos in a well known shop, (and they had only recently closed the department) so is it yours and what did you get?

David, well spotted. I was surprised to see one key could be fully pressed with the watch, so had to distribute the weight accordingly!

Greg, admittedly there was a brief moment (or two) of insanity as to whether I should acquire ‘a perpetual or a grand piano’… fortunately the virus hasn’t completely taken over all of my brain (yet). I acquired a Yamah CX SH and am absolutely thrilled. First time in their history that they are now using German felt, strings and spruce- quite radical for their storied Japanese history.

Ha ha yes that’s one of my favourites as you know.

Tracy, coming from the master himself is very meaningful… Watch out all, I do have a SLR now… just too bad I don’t have more IWCs you guys are going get quickly bored of snaps of my very modest collection!

    regards,
    thang
