Big and great forum news. Picture upload = top

I applaud Doninic and his team from bringing this much needed upgrade to the forum's functionality.  Thanks to Tonny as well for his perserverance.  I tested it in a seoparte post and it work beautfully.  

The only glitch I found is that some photos taken with my iPhone were not oriented propertly when posted.  If the iPhone photo was taken in a portratit oreintation it worked fine. If the phone was oriented straigth up and down, the photo posted in the wrong orgientation.  Maybe it;s possible to add an edit funciton in the download section to allow cropping and flipping the oreintation, if it's wrong.  

Absolutely brilliant! Thanks to everybody who worked for this important change. It's a great improvement to our fantastic forum.
