Hi, has anyone had a problem with the Big Pilot 43 crown? The little disk with the logo on fell out of the crown when winding. I didn't realise they were stuck on. Glue it back in or take it to the Boutique?

glue it back is an easy fix, but I would take it back to the boutique en let them fix it.

    Hi Tonny,

Thank you for replying. Yes, I agree, an easy fix. I wanted to also see if anyone has had similar quality issues. Good point to take it back to the boutique to let them do it. If it's going to be sent away for weeks, I might be tempted to superglue it myself.

It's a shame its not a solid piece of steel, cast or machined. Do you know if the older fish logo crowns were a solid piece?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi Larry, I've had a similar issue with my Big Pilot 43 crown. The logo disk falling off is not uncommon. While some people might opt to glue it back themselves, I recommend taking it to the Boutique. They can ensure it's properly fixed and check for any other potential issues. This way, you'll maintain the watch's integrity and warranty. Better to be safe and let the professionals handle it!
