A remark from Paul Bloemen triggered me to do a little experiment: I put my tan brown Hirsch Liberty strap on the BP. What do you all think of this combination?

The brown strap really gives the Big P a sporty look -- as if it isn't already sporty enough:-) A beautiful combo.

MasterClemens, that strap seems to work pretty well (even w/o the matching belt/shoes!).
I would never had tried it myself, but your pictures prove that (almost) anything is possible.Cheers,
