Big Pilot strap code & where to buy online

Hi All,

Last time I got a strap for my Big Pilot 5002 the dealer actually got the
wrong strap for me (in fairness I loved the one he got). I was looking for one
similar to the one in the photo. Does anyone have an actual code for this
strap? I've never actually seen theem for sale online in Europe and have
always gone via a dealer or AD. I think at one stage there was also a
santorini version very similar to the one in the photo but even a lighter
color again?

Can anyone suggest a web site to buy it directly?

On the IWC website there is a page for accessories/straps/boxes that are
available for purchase. The Santoni strap you are looking for (I believe the
strap in the photo you show with the orange underside) is available. There are
instructions to either contact the IWC concierge by phone or email a contact
form. Here is the information for the standard size strap:

Hi Ben,

Thanks for getting back to me and the code for the standard strap. I saw the
Santorini page on the iwc website alright www.iwc.com/fr/en/specials
/santoni-accessories.html but I could only see the petite prince version not
the Big Pilot version. I'll give the consierge a ring.
