Had my birthday few days ago and IWC has been nice enough to throw me a little
party with cake cutting.
Thank you team Hong Kong for remembering my birthday. Love the card with
input from various friends in their office.
As for the gift, some of my dear friends guessed it's a patch set with frame
like below. The box might be similar but I got something else this time.

The gift this year is something I spotted in boutique before and thought "it
