    Hello,

does anybody knows why the black line cut's the angle at number 15 of the
yellow border? Also the black line doesn't follow the yellow border? I just
bought this watch. The watch has to be serviced also. I hope somebody knows
    how this happens?

    thanks

    greetings

    michael

Well, here is how it is meant to look.

Notice too, that the steel case has a chamfer on the inner edge between bezel
and glass. You photo does not show this chamfered edge.

Is it possible you have a fake watch?

    Hi Mark,

if you take a look at pictures of the deep one posted on the forum from
owners, or on Chrono24, you won't see any watch with such a big chamfer .
There is a chamfer, but a little one. Mr Berteloot explained me that the
problem of the black line is probably a problem during "printing" (I don't
know the exact word in English).

I registered the watch by iwc and the watch exists. I already owned a deep one
in the past, so I know how it looks and feels.

    greetingsMichael

Pleased to hear this. I'm sure then that Schaffhausen can get it restored to
    as it should be.
