Ive read in many places about the more or less accuracy of the 51111 movement.
I have to say that IM TOTALY IMPRESSED.

My BP runs 2/3 seconds faster....PER WEEK!!!

This measurements are taking with watch fully wound and resting dial up until the watch is almost unwound.

My all time reference to check my watches is bimp.org

There is not a big change when wearing the watch on the wrist.

I have to say that is by far the most accurate watch I own, including other in house mov. like Panerai, and some others

    Im really happy indded!

    Congratulations!

My BP and Port Auto run a bit fast. At first, this troubled me a bit but now I don't mind anymore. I appreciate the watches for their other qualities :-)

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

Try to leave them in dial up position when resting

I use to leave all my watches dial down...and onn this position the BP runs about 5sec/day faster.

I have already been experimenting a bit..

By resting them crown up, they gain the least. My Inge 3227 loses a bit during the day, I can get it to run almost spot-on by putting it dial down during the night.

    Kind regards,

    BP5004 accuracy: Really impressed

wow 3 seconds a week is impressive.

mine runs about 3secs/day and i am already very happy with its accuracy. i find that it gets more accurate when i wear it more during the week.

    Great to hear...

Thats fantastic Nacho...Can i ask whether this level of accuracy is what you have observed from factory/new or whether you have had the watch regulated to achieve this?

There has been so much "bad press" around the BP and 7 day movement accuracy, but stories like this are really encouraging.

Enjoy your amazing timepiece and its accuracy and looking forward to your response.
