I don't really know where this belongs, but I guess this is as good a place as any. So, I ordered a Mk XVII LPP which arrived today - beautiful watch, by the way. Having correctly figured that it would really shine on a bracelet, I ordered one to go with it. It arrived just fine, together with the watch. But.. there was no bracelet change tool included. The LPP comes on a calfskin strap as standard, so, quite understandably, there was no tool included in the box either. Luckily enough, I have two other IWCs that do have the tool, so it wasn't a real problem. It still bugs me, because now whenever I want to adjust the bracelet, I'll have to dig out and open two boxes.
The morale is twofold here:
1) If you order a bracelet for a watch that does not come with one as standard and you're like me, who likes to have things in proper order, do remember to order the tool as well.
2) Seeing how much they charge for a bracelet (not complaining, just stating a fact), IWC might as well include the tool, whose manufacturing cost cannot be more than say, $10.
