HK Flagship actually had a display case of the Yacht Club Chronos on leather straps...
That having been said - I love the rubber straps on too - the springbars ends for this ref 3902 are more easily accessed and disengaged to facilitate strap changes, so I change them whichever way the mood strikes me.

It would be nice if the leather nestled up to the case in the way the rubber does but guess you can't get everything.
And finally the brands which accompany me every morning to work (could not fit a Costa cup in the photograph).
(Range Rover - but 99% of the time it's a Spitfire on my wrist).
