After 7 years of daily wear, both of the keepers/loops have broken on my Ingenieur Laureus. Is it possible to replace just the keepers/loops or does the whole strap need to be replaced?

Edit - Would greatly appreciate any recommendations for where I can get this sorted in London.

Hi - Beautiful Watch and brother says Hi :o)

I’m thinking that after 7 years of wear, your strap must be pretty worn out, given that the keepers are broken.
Make  a journey to the IWC London Boutique and get a new strap. That really is the best solution.

I even have the Referance Number for you: IWA12737
