Broken lug on vintage cal 89 IWC watch (fancy lug)

I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. I have a vintage cal 89 watch that was damaged in an accident. The watch works flawlessly, but I am in desperate need of a new case as one of the 18k lugs was snapped off. Hoping someone can point me to a collector or maybe iwc can give me an idea if it can be restored?I'm hoping the picture shows up as this is my first post ever.
