After a long wait I recieved my Pilot Chronograph Spitfire in Bronze last
month. I've been wearing it a lot and starting to get a patina over the case.
I'm interested to hear what others are experiencing with their cases. How is
your watch looking? are certain areas developing differently? The crown on my
    watch is very dark already.

Also interested in any cleaning tips or experiences anyone has used to return
    the case to full shine.

Please post photos Oliverc! I don't have a bronze Spitfire watch myself but
would love to see the transition.

Here are a couple of pictures, one from the day I picked up the watch just
before Christmas and then today. I've daily worn the watch 80% of the days in
the past month, no cleaning, but try to keep the watch dry.

A great watch and great to see how it looks.

I have bought yesterday my new Charls Darwin Aquatimer with bronze case. So,
will see how it looks like in the future.

Here's my Aquatimer with what I imagine is the same type of bronze used for
the Pilot Chrono. Finally seeing a little hard earned verdigris. I'm
    loving ATs.orange and
green

Anthony Sonego and SirHenri like this.
