Buying a new
strap for your watch is most of the time not such an exciting
event. Last summer, coming back from our holidays in Italy, we stopped at the
Zurich boutique. What a treat for the IWC collector/customer.
The boutique manager was so kind to give us a tour of the boutique, just
wow...
When I saw the Mercedes SL inside and made a remark on the nice leather
upholstery, he came back to me with a special metal box, with a strap inside,
matching the red leather of the Mercedes seats.
I bought it instantly, what a nice and special strap. But at that moment, I
hadn't a clue on what watch I would put it. Until yesterday, found the right
combination I think, what do you think ?
