Cal. 52 being horribly slow

Dear Masters of Clocks :)
I dug up an IWC cal.52 1917 with movement 665683 h6 and case 740539.
Unfortunately the piece is running really slow, being slow by about a minute per hour.
Now, I know that one can tinker with Jones (though not exactly sure how you go about that per se) and adjust the slow/fast issues, but I have a feeling that a minuter per hour is a bit much and that something is mechanically wrong with the piece.

Now I would love any advice or estimate what could be wrong and how much will it cost me to fix it.

Interesting --I had a watch with the exact same Niello case, but in a calibre 73.
A minute per hour is way off, and can't be fixed via the "fast/slow" index on the movement regulator index. It could be that the watch is magnetized (a 30 second fix) but you need the have the watch the evaluated in person by a competent watchmaker. Usually, a complete overhaul is necessary.

can you ballpark costs for such overhaul? just curious, maybe I decide to sell it instead of fixing it.
