I would like to get the file:

but cannot find it anywhere. The links in the forum articles seem to be broken.
Can anybody please direct me to the article?

Hello Joerg, the owner of that site took it down apparently. When you do a search on the forum ( magnifying glass on the top right ) with 76240, you will find some usefull info.
