Question for you experts....I picked up this 8541 with a movement that is
marked "Adjusted to five (5) positions". Would there be any difference between
it and a non-adjuted movement, besides the time it took for adjusting? Overall
quality?

ApprenticeI think the difference are the taxes paid on import into certain countries.
Maybe the Ranfft link talks about that; didn't have time to click on it yet.
