Not all Stauffer Peerless stamped movements are IWC, although many are. Would this movement with a serial number 273,057 (and case number 296,470) suggest at least the possibility that it is a caliber 52, H7 dating to about 1902/1903?

Thank you in advance for any guidance,

    jeremy
(Edited to add a photo of the unmarked dial — watch seems to have been associated with Ganter Brothers, Dublin, Ireland)

    Hi Tonny,

Thank you for your courteous comment. I appreciate vintage pocket watches, but I am not all that familiar with IWC. I enjoy the chance to learn more.

    All the best - jeremy
