thank you for your insights - and I hope to gain some myself.
Therefore:
I am - as a complete dreamy newbie - considering this IWC cal 88 from 1948. I read that the cal 88/89 is THE calibre from that period - and the aesthetics of the dress watches appeals to me. However, I am not knowledgeable enough to answer this myself:
- is the dial original?
- is the back plate original?
- are the Timegraph data "good"?
