But I find the first "new moon" phase on my perpetual exciting. It just looks cool.

    Jarrod, great picture.

You might be strange, but I just found I'm weird.
It looks like a smiling face and it reminds me of Halloween...
I better go and have some sleep now....

    It's a beauty!!!!

That's great, Jarrod - especially that both moons are fully covered. I sold my PPC with double moon because it wasn't. But as I read, the moon is much more off track than the perpetual calendar could ever be LOL

Thanks for confirming that I am strange (perhaps not in this forum though) - I thought I was the only one that stared/observed at my watch dial for lengthy durations of time for no other reason than to just look at it!

This is the first time I've seen the moon phase totally blacked out as all the existing literature/pictures show part of the moon - cool effect. When the moon phase is totally blacked out the presence of that "black hole" is actually quite overwhelming and very noticeable how much black space it takes up.

Cool to be strange...I agree with Tom, it looks like a smily or Halloween.

It's a cool watch, enjoy wearing it.

    Cheers Chris

It does look really cool in the flesh. First time I have seen it and I am very impressed. Just another reason to love this watch.

Hi Ben, do you mean how do I like the strap? It's excellent. No issues at all. Just like the rest of the watch, I love it. Lots.
