They both look very identical, the 114 is a 2013 model and the 704 is 2018.
The dealer is unable to tell me the differences. Please help. Thanks a ton.

The watch Movement was updated in 5007-04 with 2 barrels, Jewel count is
different, ceramic winding pawls to the Pellaton Winding system and curved
spring-bars for the strap.Other than that, they appear the same
