Afternoon All,
A little advice if i may....I have just had a beautiful bespoke leather strap made for my Aquatimer but it appears the lug pins can't be removed to enable the new strap to be fitted. I have called IWC London but they have advised to bring it in and its a little inconvenient at the moment. Will i (my jeweler friend) have to cut the existing pins out and replace with 'normal' pins?
