Can someone answer a question regarding the Top Gun Big Pilot?

IWC state a case size of 48mm for the ceramic-cased Top Gun Big Pilot, which is 1.8mm larger than every other 5004-based Big Pilot (stainless/gold/platinum/perpetual calendar etc).

Can we assume the dial is the same size as previous Big Pilots and it's only the case that is slightly larger? Or does the Top Gun Big Pilot have a slightly larger dial as well?

The dial is the same size. The ceramic case had to be expanded for structural reasons.
