As you can see there is a "moon-shaped" stain from numbers 9 to 11. Is it like some kind of oxidation or something? What's the cause of this and does it require repair? Because I just bought this pre-owned and its under warranty from the dealer.
Also if you can notice there are two dots on the casing near the center of the dial. They cannot be rubbed off with cloth. Why is that and how do I fix it?

I must say that I don't see anything special on the case, it looks perfectly OK to me. As for the dots on the crystal: they may be spots of dirt. You need a bit more than a cloth to remove them. What always worked for me without damaging the crystal is a bit of spit on the crystal and going carefully over the spots with the nail of your thumb, that apparently is both soft and strong enough to do the job properly.
