The latest doping casualty in sports is Lance Armstrong. Since he is stripped of his Tour de France titles, arguably Jan Ullrich should be entitled to say he is the winner of four Tours, not just one.

The rise and fall of heros - especially in cycling is a complex yo-yo phenomena. At least the watches endorsed by them are clean, robust and constant winners !
Would be great to see an IWC Ingenieur chronograph - Limited Edition for Fabian Cancellara, Reto Schoch and Dani Wyss. Modern day authentic cycling heros - and all friends of IWC before they became involved.

I received the news of Lance Armstrong with mixed feelings - which is the 'truth' that is to be believed ???
I passed on a Jan Ullrich a few months ago and I am wondering since then whether i had done the right thing -- not just the watch / dial combination, but also that excellent strap !
