I couldn't say exactly what that is.
But it is similar to this, a "cushion case" watch from the 1930s:

would guess taht it has a Caliber 76 movement.
Knowing the movement Serial number we would be able to tell you some more
details.

your watch movement dates to 1918, it is a Caliber 64T which is the first
wrist one with hads setting by using the crown only. Only 12030 pcs of this
movement where produced, who knows how many have survived more than a 100
years. The Case of your watch dates to 1927.
