I would say it's a very nice Caliber 89 from late 50s to early 60s.

Didn't find anywhere on the web a picture of this model (with this face and steel body) The only picture i found with this face is one of a watch with gold body ( s1326.photobucket.com/user/robenyi/media/IWC1952-eBay_zps41fc0273.jpg.html) ...this is why i am so curious about the exact model.
