    Another one of these my Grandfather's watch that is a horrible fake IWC. I
    hope your grandfather didn't over pay for this. It's worthless.

    It is obviously a fake. But it is not worthless if it is truely made of
    platinum :-)

    My guess is if the watch itself is fake that the case metal should be treated
    as supicious as well. If it's PT, good fortune.
