it and the seller only responded 1 month after my query on its availability.

Congrats on the new pick up. It's beautiful and a definite upgrade over the
Explorer II in my opinion.

I wore the 40mm Explorer 2 in rotation with my other watches. My only gripe
with the watch was the small crown. So I flipped that for the 42mm which has
a bigger crown. That was a mistake as I wore it for less than a week before
dimissing it to the drawer. Some one in another forum aptly put it that the
large hands made the watch look goofy.

I am partial to Ingenieurs based on the original Gerald Genta design. As I do
not hold on to watches that I do not wear, I am glad to have found a very
agreeable replacement for the Explorer 2.

Do you know what the model number of this watch is?
