CF3 --some good news!

I agree with Nelson - great news with which to start the day.

I just purchased a classic IWC that is on its way to me, but fortunately the advance notice provides time with which to refill the piggy bank.

Like everyone else, I can't wait to hear the details and I hope to be included.

Thanks to all who worked so hard to make this a reality.

Well some might hope for something really different and unusual like a Regulateur, other will hope for some color...and why not? IWC do make a could job of color, no?

And I just hope (really hope) I am one of the lucky ones who might be privileged enough to actually get to own a CF3 !

Michael - thanks for the update and your efforts with this.

Although a relative newbie, would like to raise my hand also for consideration as a lucky 150.

It is not a cheap model but there is sure plenty of time ahead.
This "feature" makes me wonder a bit could this be a bracelet like the case of CFDV or it is a specific model feature ( a special dial or function)?

Very interesting indeed! I am as curious as everybody else. As I am planning to buy the Portuguese Chrono Classic in August, it would be nice to know when the actual model is announced: if it would be the same watch I would postpone the buy. Will the model be announced about end July?

If the recent active participation on the forum will be a criterion, then it would be nice to know at what time the decision on this will be taken. It might stimulate the not too active members that want this watch to become more active, like entering some kind of activity contest, for instance for the second part of 2013.

I hope news on the model chosen will come soon!

Michael, this is really great news. Not having been on the forum for the previous versions, it is great to see this one come to life finally. The speculation over the coming weeks will be intense but guessing is half the fun. The "special feature" naturally has us all intrigued. Thanks for your efforts.

Could someone please clarify how you confirm you would like to purchase if you are lucky enough to make the cut of the proposed 150 pieces? Do I ask my AD? Or register my interest here? Any info/advice would be much appreciated.
