Hi,
Is there anywhere in London that I can take my IWC to confirm whether it is fake or not?

I am not aware of any such place in London. You could take it to an authorised dealer and let them send it off to Schaffhausen as part of an expensive service. You could email pictures to collectors on the forum and decide on their views. It depends on the watch and its age. Post a good picture and 9 times out of 10 you would get good a good response.
