Checking Authenticity of IW379901

I need your assistant to check the authencity of the following Top Gun
IW379901. Is it legit? I am buying this for my sons' birthday. I never owned
any luxury watch so I hope this one wont go wrong. Please.

this dopple chrono is a fabulous watch. And must cost a lot of money if it's
in good condition.

check online what a price could be and decide then.

The strap is not original - I can tell you that. Otherwise, given the low-
grade, blurry potographs it is hard to say anything with certainty about the
actual watch.
