    Xiaolongbao with IW5002:
Xiaolongbao is a chinese dumpling with minced pork in soup, sizzling soup can spill everywhere and get your mouth burnt if this delicacy is not handle with care.

I can't properly have any dim sum unless it's finished with this...

from that same meal, hence same watch...
Drunken Chicken - Steamed chicken preserved in Shaoxing wine (Chinese rice wine) and kept in refrigerator, a few wolfberries were sprinkled on top. A touch of alcohol fragrance with the chilled tender meat.

    Erwin, great post...

Thank you, I will take BOTH the dumplings and the Watch.

Now a question from you (and one that will hopefully / probably evoke a question from Christian and other new comers here) ....

What is it? A Slow Beat or a Transitional?

    Hi Mark,

That one with Xiaolongbao is a transistional. Back then I didn't know what SIHH is, hence no information about the 5004 is coming while I was in market for a Big Pilot. So this is the only thing I could find in AD.

    Cheers,
    Erwin
